Being one of Britain’s leading hoteliers, with over 20 years’ experience, Stuart Procter has a wealth of experience of the international hospitality market and an abiding love of service and hospitality that began at a very young age.

Benoit trained at the Lycee Professional catering school in St Nazaire for five years before travelling around Europe. He joined The Stafford in 1993, planning to stay a year to improve his English, but proved to be so popular that he never left!

Executive Chef, Jozef Rogulski’s path to The Stafford London has been by way of Cliveden House Hotel, Tom Kerridge’s The Hand and Flowers and the Roux family’s The Waterside Inn in Bray, so it can be safely assumed that guests will be excited and delighted with his innovative use of the finest ingredients.
