Book Now for Lisa Allen at The Game Bird
This March, The Game Bird will launch a new guest chef series, welcoming many of the greatest chefs from around the UK to cook in the critically-acclaimed restaurant within The Stafford London.
On 7th June, Lisa Allen, Executive Head Chef of the Michelin-starred Northcote in Lancashire will prepare an exclusive four-course menu at The Game Bird. Born in Lancashire, Lisa became interested in cookery at school enjoying the opportunity to be creative and express herself. Her culinary career began at Lancaster & Morecambe College. After graduating, she worked in several prestigious restaurants, including the two Michelin-starred Le Champignon Sauvage in Gloucester, before arriving at Northcote. Lisa will bring her playful style to The Game Bird, with innovative twists on classic Lancastrian dishes.
Tickets will be priced at £80pp, to include canapés and Moët & Chandon on arrival, followed by Lisa’s menu.
