Book now for Nathan Rich at The Game Bird
On Friday 29 March, Nathan Rich, Executive Chef at Twin Farms, the luxury Relais & Chateaux hotel in Vermont, will join The Game Bird team for the first 2019 Guest Chef event. Nathan’s culinary expertise was recognized when he was one of only three chefs in the world to be awarded the Relais & Châteaux 2013 Rising Chef Trophy. He believes in cooking quality foods that have been naturally grown or raised and cooked beautifully.
Nathan will be cooking alongside Culinary Director, Ben Tish to present a collaborative five-course lunch and dinner menu. To start, there will be a variety of canapes, followed by dishes from both dining destinations including Chilled Devon Crab Salad, Steamed Stone Bass, Spring Asparagus and for dessert
Dark Chocolate Mousse with raspberries, sheep’s milk yogurt and elderflower.
Tickets will be priced at £80pp, to include canapes and the five-course menu.
