You will be met at the airport by one of our experienced chauffeurs and seamlessly transported to The Stafford in a luxury vehicle.
To book, we will require the flight number you are arriving or departing on, the flight time and date and the vehicle you wish to book.
A mobile contact number is essential for arrival transfers to ensure a smooth pick up.
London Heathrow transfer
Mercedes S-Class (maximum 2 passengers and 2 suitcases) £190 for a one-way transfer
Mercedes V-Class (maximum 6 passengers and 6 suitcases) £200 for a one-way transfer
Range Rover Autobiography £240 for a one-way transfer (maximum 2 passengers and 2 suitcases)
London Gatwick transfer
Mercedes S-Class (maximum 2 passengers and 2 suitcases) £250 for a one-way transfer
Mercedes V-Class (maximum 6 passengers and 6 suitcases) £280 for a one-way transfer
Range Rover Autobiography £340 for a one-way transfer (maximum 2 passengers and 2 suitcases)
Airport Meet & Greet
You will be met at the gate when you disembark on arrival and smoothly guided through the terminal to your waiting driver. The service can also be used for your departure – your driver will introduce you to the waiting representative at the airport who will guide you through the terminal all the way to the boarding gate.
Prices from £575 for up to two passengers. Subject to availability.
VIP Premium Service
This bespoke arrangement is the ultimate in luxury airport services. You will be greeted at the aircraft and seamlessly guided to the private Windsor Suite. Here, you can relax while the security procedures are completed. You will then be driven directly to The Stafford by private chauffeur. This service allows you to bypass the terminal for complete privacy and discretion.
Prices from £3,600 for up to three passengers. Subject to availability.
