Join us for an intimate evening at The Stafford London celebrating the wines of Taylor’s and Fladgate Family Wines, paired with a special menu from MICHELIN-starred chef Michael Caines.

The evening will take guests through some of Ridge’s most distinctive Californian wines, beginning with Ridge Grenache Blanc 2025, before exploring Chardonnay, old-vine field blends, Petite Sirah and the iconic Monte Bello 2011.

From the freshness of Grenache Blanc and Estate Chardonnay to the depth of Geyserville 2022 and Lytton Springs 2022, the evening will showcase the breadth of Ridge’s winemaking. Andrew Meltzer, Ridge Vineyards’ UK Brand Ambassador, will guide guests through each pairing, sharing the stories, vineyards and winemaking philosophy behind the wines.

Each wine will be paired with a menu created by Michael Caines, featuring seasonal dishes including Orkney scallop ceviche, poached turbot, honey-roasted Creedy Carver duck and saddle of vension, followed by Beauvale blue cheese and chocolate, raspberry and rose mousse.

The evening offers an opportunity to experience the character of Ridge Vineyards alongside MICHELIN- starred dining in The Stafford’s historic Wine Cellar.
