Spring Afternoon Tea

Inspired by the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, our Spring Afternoon Tea brings seasonal flavours to the forefront, guided by Michael Caines’ MICHELIN-starred approach. Floral notes run through each creation, from apricot and lavender mousse cake to rose, raspberry and pistachio choux, with citrus and Earl Grey adding a fresh finish.
