This May, the courtyard at The American Bar takes on a new rhythm in partnership with Enemigo Tequila. A month-long residency shaped around the energy of Cinco de Mayo and National Paloma Day, bringing a focused menu of cocktails and seasonal plates into the open air.
Set just beyond the bar, the courtyard offers a more relaxed pace—designed for long afternoons and early evenings, with drinks that lean bright, fresh, and made for the season.

Opening Hours
Monday – Sunday: 10am – 12pm for teas and coffees only.
All-day dining from 12pm until 9pm.
Please note guests aged 17 years old and younger are not permitted in the bar from 6.00pm until closing, Monday to Sunday.
Reservation Policy
Reservations can be made direct or via our online booking system from 10am to 8pm, accommodating up to 4 guests per booking. Reservations will be held for 15 minutes and then released.
Walk-In Policy
While reservations are encouraged to ensure seating, we will make every effort to accommodate walk-in guests whenever possible.
Minimum Spend Policy
Courtyard seating is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. A minimum spend of £45.00 per person applies for non-residents dining in the courtyard between 12pm and 9pm, for up to 2 hours.
The Cocktails
At the centre of the menu is Enemigo 55 Blanco, used across a short selection of signature serves created for the courtyard.
Expect a frozen margarita with a clean citrus edge, a Paloma-style serve with grapefruit and mandarin, and a twist on a picante that brings together lime, agave and a subtle heat.

Alongside the drinks, a light food offering is available throughout the residency—designed to complement the cocktails rather than compete with them.
