An intimate series of wine dinners pairing leading producers with a five-course menu by Michael Caines, hosted in The Stafford’s historic cellar.

First, on 18th June from 6:30pm, we welcome Klein Constantia, one of South Africa’s most historic estates, founded in 1685 and set on the slopes of the Constantiaberg. Internationally recognised for its precision and balance, the estate is perhaps best known for Vin de Constance, a naturally sweet wine with a long-standing reputation that has been enjoyed for centuries. On the evening, guests will hear directly from the producer, offering insight into the estate, its winemaking approach, and the character behind each wine.
